Include protein in your diet 

A protein-rich diet is important for your hair and scalp health. If your body gets enough protein
then your hair is ought to be healthy. 

As hair is primarily made up of protein so at least include some protein-rich food in your daily
diet.

Some good source of protein may include:

 poultry
 lean meat
 fish
 eggs
 beans
 low-fat dairy products

Zinc Rich Food

Zinc deficiency in your food can affect your health and cause your hair to fall. You can also

separate conditioner or a shampoo for your hair type.

Also, after applying conditioner, thoroughly comb your hair well for even distribution and leave
it in your hair for two to three minutes before washing.

Conditioning may not be accessary for every wash. If you have oily hair then you can skip it.

 Avoid washing your hair more than once in a day.

 less calorie food and crash diets
 Reduction in thyroid hormone
 Stressing too much on things
